Singapore records 642 new Covid-19 cases, bringing total to over 31,000

SINGAPORE — The Ministry of Health (MOH) on Saturday (May 23) confirmed an additional 642 Covid-19 infections in Singapore, bringing the total number of cases here to 31,068. MOH said the vast majority of whom are Work Permit holders residing in foreign worker dormitories, while six cases are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents. “We are still working through the details of the cases, and further updates will be shared via the MOH press release that will be issued tonight.” This story will be updated.
